We cannot say enough wonderful things about Lori Kirby! From the very beginning of the planning process through our wedding day, Lori was absolutely incredible. She was organized, very responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, so much so, we coined the catchphrase “It’s your day!” throughout the wedding planning process.

Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Lori made the entire process feel so much more manageable. She had a list of to dos for us as well as a planning guide so that we all were on the same page. She kept detailed notes and sent follow up emails after each meeting. She was always there to answer questions, offer guidance, help us work through decisions, and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring presence made such a difference throughout the entire experience. Lori remembers all of the little details so you don’t have to.

The actual wedding day was Lori’s true superstar moments. Everything was calm and easy because she ensured it to be so. She handled all of the little details and behind-the-scenes logistics so that we could simply enjoy the day and be present with our family and friends. I also love that she has another staff member come to ensure details are sought through. She was willing to jump in and help blow up lightsabers for our grad exit, cut bread for the tables, and help to make sure vendors were paid. We never had to worry about what was happening because we knew Lori had everything under control.

What stood out most to us was how much she genuinely cared. Lori went above and beyond to make sure our day was special, and we are so grateful that she was part of such an important chapter in our lives. I love that she connected individually with all of our vendors and even invited a few out to the venue. Looking back, hiring Lori was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.
